Physical Therapy Schedule Coordinator who, within minutes, can make our new and returning patients realize that they made the right choice by contacting us.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule physical therapy appointments efficiently
- Coordinate multiple therapist schedules to maximize clinic efficiency and patient access
- Communicate with patients regarding appointment availability, cancellations, and waitlists
- Communicate schedule changes to staff and clients in a timely manner
- Monitor availability and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Verify patient demographics and referral information at scheduling
- Work closely with therapists and clinical staff to ensure appropriate appointment lengths and coverage
- Maintain accurate patient schedules in the EMR and scheduling systems
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Provide front-desk and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare, physical therapy, or medical office setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational multitasking abilities and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and medical scheduling software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace /spreadsheets
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and empathy
