Role Scope:TheRNClinic Supervisoris an integral member of the Center's leadership team, overseeing thedaytodayoperations of the PACE clinic to ensurehighquality,participantcenteredcare. This role manages and supports a team of nurses and medical assistants ensuring clinical excellence and smooth clinic operations. In addition to operational leadership, this role manages key functions such as vendor coordination, supply ordering, and facility or equipment needs. The RN Clinic Supervisor also provideshandsonclinical care as needed.

Compensation: Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is$129,000 - $148,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of10% of your base salaryand may be eligible foradditionalincentive compensation, as applicable.
The final compensation offered will bedeterminedbased on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.
In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance;paid parental leave,short- and long-termdisability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings planthat includes a match; paid time off; and companypaid holidays.
