Our client is a well-established manufacturer of high-quality components used in industrial and food-processing applications. Their products are built to perform in demanding environments where quality, durability, and reliability matter.

We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented Manufacturing Assembler who enjoys hands-on work and variety throughout the day. In this role, you’ll assemble products from start to finish, perform quality checks, package completed orders, and rotate through different areas of the production process.

• Assemble products and components according to work orders, blueprints/prints, and specifications.
• Inspect products and parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Accurately complete required production and quality paperwork.
• Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Rotate through multiple workstations and tasks within the production process.
• Operate equipment and machinery necessary to complete assigned work.
• Monitor production flow and communicate with team members when materials, parts, or finished products need to be added or removed from the assembly area.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
• Report any safety, quality, equipment, or machinery concerns to your supervisor.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

• 1–2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to periodically lift and move up to 75 lbs. with assistance from team members.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Dependable with strong attention to quality and detail.
• Respectful, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and rotate between different tasks and work areas.
