Food Warehouse Lumpers / Pullers
Pay Rate: $17.00–$17.50 per hour
Shift Options: 12:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 3:00 PM Overtime required.
Work Environment: Freezer / Cold Storage
We are hiring Lumpers and Pullers to join our food warehouse team. This is a fast-paced warehouse position working in a freezer environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload food products from trailers and warehouse areas.
- Move, stack, and organize cases of product safely and efficiently.
- Pull and stage orders according to customer or warehouse requirements.
- Build and wrap pallets for storage or shipment.
- Verify product quantities and labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse, food safety, and safety procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving product throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, lumper, order pulling, loading/unloading, or food distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a freezer/cold-storage environment.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and cases repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Multiple shifts are available:
- 12:00 AM Shift
- 6:00 AM Shift
- 3:00 PM Shift
Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour, depending on position/experience.
