As a Master Craftsman - Foundry Pattern Maker, you'll be the architect of precision patterns that bring ideas to life in metal. Your attention to detail and expertise will set the stage for flawless castings that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify patterns and core boxes based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure patterns meet dimensional and geometric tolerances using various measurement equipment.
- Build, mount, rig, and set up pattern equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Perform heavy lifting and utilize impact wrenches and drills to complete tasks effectively.
What You Bring:
- Strong proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of pattern-making materials, tools, and techniques.
- Attention to detail and precision, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Capability to repetitively lift up to 100 lbs. and work around extreme temperatures.
- Reliable attendance, flexibility in working hours, and a team-oriented mindset.
