CNC Manufacturing Machinist -- Machining Centers

Step into a role where accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship meet modern machining. Guided by the Shop Supervisor, you’ll turn drawings into reality on CNC, conventional, and specialpurpose machinesdelivering parts that meet rigorous standards every time.

• Set up, load, and secure workpieces using hoists and hand tools to prepare safe, stable machining conditions.
• Run cycles, watch performance, and react quicklytuning controls or media to correct any deviation.
• Validate results with micrometers, height gauges, and gauge blocks before a part leaves your station.
• Identify each finished piece by tag or stamp and log production details on Process and Log sheets.
• Finish parts: wash, deburr (files, die grinders, hand grinders), and stage on pallets or in tubs.
• Protect uptime with routine PM: clean machine interiors/exteriors, verify oil levels, and tackle minor repairs; escalate issues to your supervisor.
