Line Cooks

**Must Have Open Availability**

We are looking for a RELIABLE , EXPERIENCED Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, uses common sense, works well under pressure, and takes pride in their work. A clean-cut, professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a positive attitude are required along with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Communicate and work well with the kitchen and FOH team
• Assist with catering and special events as needed
• Monitor and communicate ingredient and supply needs

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, dietary, and food-service experience with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong food preparation and knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Common sense, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stay organized and productive during busy periods
• Must have open availability, including weekends and various shifts
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others
