Small Engine Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our team as we get ready to open our second location in Wills Point. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engine equipment. Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

- Inspect equipment for safety and functionality.

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide excellent service.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

- Work at our Quinlan Location and Our New Wills Point Location

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a small engine mechanic.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Own set of tools required.

- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

- Positive attitude and a commitment to supporting team members.
