Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Service Foreman to join our team. We also have a Part-Time position available. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in the outdoors and be a self-motivated individual.
Responsibilities
- Perform tree trimming and removal.
- Operate bucket trucks safely for aerial work on trees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Be able to manage a crew without direct supervision & complete the job done in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3-5 year's experience in tree trimming, tree care, or landscape maintenance is required.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as bucket trucks, skid steers, and truck/trailer combos safely.
- Ability to rig trees for safe removal.
- Transportation and valid driver's license required
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on the job site.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be punctual, daily & be dependable.
- Ability to utilize tools used for planting, trimming, removing limbs, trees & stumps.
- Communication skills to discuss client needs and to share tips on how to care for trees with them.
- Flexibility: You stay calm & and adjust your approach smoothly when project goals, timelines, or unexpected hurdles shift.
- You encourage your peers, build morale, and treat challenges with a helpful, solutions-driven mindset.
