Y&L Landscape & Tree Service is hiring an Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and help ensure properties receive consistent, high-quality service. This role combines client communication, property inspections, coordination with field operations, and opportunities to recommend additional services.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Inspect properties regularly and communicate service needs to the operations team.
- Resolve customer concerns and follow through on service issues.
- Manage account renewals and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, including mulch, tree work, drainage, cleanups, and seasonal services.
What We’re Looking For: A strong communicator who takes ownership of customer relationships, stays organized across multiple properties, and works well with field teams.
