Now hiring an Inventory Control Clerk in Santa Ana, CA
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with opportunities for overtime. Some weekend work may be scheduled toward the end of the month, and the candidate must be willing to work it.
Main day-to-day functions of this role are:
- Replenishment-Pulling productfrom overstock locations and filling pick locations
- Putaway stock-Collecting products from Returns and Receiving and placing them in stock locations, in some cases, directly to pick locations if demand requires it.
- Assisting pickers with inventory shortages by pulling from overstock to transfer to pick locations pending replenishment.
- All other related inventory control duties as needed.
Must have experience:
- Inventory Control
- Distribution Center in a 3PL environment
- Shipping/Receiving in a fast-paced distribution environment, including loading and unloading over-the-road trailers, semis, box trucks, delivery vans and ocean containers
- Handheld scanner experience
- Forklift
