What You'll Do:

• Own corporate accounting, including the monthly close and consolidated financial reporting.

• Lead the transition from cash-basis accounting to GAAP and establish related policies and controls.

• Lead the accounting software migration to NetSuite and improve accounting processes and controls.

• Prepare for the 2026 HoldCo audit and coordinate directly with external auditors.

• Oversee financials and support leadership on key corporate finance priorities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including Controller or Assistant Controller experience.

• CPA strongly preferred, with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and external audit experience.

• Experience with ERP implementations or migrations. NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

• Experience building scalable close processes, accounting policies, and internal controls.

• Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
