Davis & Green is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Project Manager Assistant to support our electrical construction team.

This is a full-time, in-office position with an opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career with Davis & Green.
What You'll Do
Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of electrical construction projects
Assist with AIA billing, SOV preparation, submittals, closeouts, and contract-related documentation
Maintain accurate and organized project records
Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
Help maintain strong vendor and subcontractor relationships
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
Provide excellent customer service and follow through on assigned responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Construction or job-cost software experience is a plus
Experience with AIA billing, SOVs, submittals, and closeouts is a plus
Electrical and/or construction project administration experience is a plus but not required
