About the Role: C & R Water Supply, Inc. is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Willis, TX! Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process customer orders, account updates, and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and follow-up
- Provide product and service information to new and existing customers
- Support billing inquiries and assist with payment processing as needed
Requirements:- Prior customer service experience preferred, ideally in utilities, water supply, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Bilingual required
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
