We are seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator.This position is responsible for operating and servicing production equipment, supplying yarn to machines, monitoring product quality, removing finished packages, and maintaining efficient machine performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a stable manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Load and creel yarn packages onto machines to support production requirements.
- Thread machine spindles and prepare equipment for operation and restart.
- Remove empty tubes and replace them with full supply packages.
- Doff full and partial take-up packages and prepare finished product for storage or shipment.
- Monitor machines for yarn breaks, package runouts, and other operating issues, making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect yarn for quality concerns, including strength, texture, and other defects.
- Prepare specialty spools for production processes and perform backwinding as required.
- Clean and maintain machines, including spindles, rings, pans, and air chambers.
- Record production information and maintain accurate production logs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
