What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pinestraw Installer at Pinestraw America, you’ll be the engine behind our operations and property transformations. Your job is all about executing clean, high-end pine straw applications, ensuring bed prep perfection, and delivering exceptional property results for our members.
Direct Field Execution: Work alongside your crew to prep beds, spray/clean areas, and install, roll, and tuck pine straw to company standards. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with your Crew Leader and fellow installers to complete daily scheduled routes smoothly and safely. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have Zero Installation Experience? No Problem! We provide full, hands-on training from day one.
Strong Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors and regularly lift 30–50 lbs. Reliability & Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and ready to hustle with your crew every day. Growth Mindset: A positive attitude, team-first mentality, and a desire to advance into leadership.
