Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect machined and/or welded parts against blueprint specifications prior to customer shipment
  • Utilize inspection and measurement equipment to verify product quality and dimensional requirements
  • Provide quality auditing support to shop-floor operations
  • Perform scheduled calibrations of measurement instruments in accordance with applicable industry standards
  • Document calibration activities and test results to maintain compliance and traceability
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technical personnel to resolve gage and measurement-related issues
  • Identify measurement equipment deviations and assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions
  • Recommend equipment upgrades when appropriate
  • Maintain calibration tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Support Second Shift and Weekend Shift operations as required

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
