As a Line Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our dishes meet the high standards our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food preparation.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations.

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Open to learning and growing within the role.
