Life Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build real sales experience and grow in a performance-based environment. No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided.

In this role, you will work with individuals and families who are interested in learning about life insurance options. You will learn how to communicate with clients, understand their needs, present coverage options, follow up, and build strong sales skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with prospective clients by phone
• Help clients understand available life insurance options
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Learn sales, communication, and closing skills
• Attend training and team meetings
• Set and track personal production goals

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Potential earnings can range from $5,000–$20,000+ per month depending on individual sales performance, activity, and production. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Licensing:

A state life insurance license is required to sell insurance. Applicants who are not currently licensed can receive guidance on the licensing process. Any licensing requirements, fees, and eligibility requirements will be explained before beginning sales activity.
