We have a significant growth opportunity ahead to expand our interior renovations and PIP implementation team due to the success we have achieved with our core national clients. We are looking for project manager’s with experience in supporting project development from estimation through final invoicing. Strong field knowledge of interior capital improvements for tenant build outs and rebranding/renovation rollouts. Solid financial management and project controls skills, and excellent interpersonal skills to work with the external client and our internal field execution team is needed. Role and Responsibilities

• Our Retail Client Program Managers are focused on working with targeted clients to support the evolution of long term national client relationships. PM is responsible for supporting that effort from opportunity development through proposal generation, contract negotiation, project setup, field execution, final invoicing and post job audits. We have a highly disciplined set of protocols for the entire project life cycle that the PM manages and ensures implementation. The goal of the PM is to deliver all projects from the initial project onward with the client in a manner that drives our team to be their preferred supplier of renovations across their portfolio.

• Schedule and financial management of the project from start to finish. Develop and oversee the resources needed to successfully execute your projects per schedule commitments with your assigned clients.

• Perform weekly WIP assessments including regular production, safety and quality inspections.

• Ensure all project reporting and communication with the client is performed in a timely and accurate manner. Be proactive in communication with the client if any issues or opportunities arise in the midst of the project execution.

• For all assigned jobs:
  • Set up budget for project – oversee and manage financials – forecasting– and schedule progression development
  • Oversee buyout for each project and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources forsame. Spot-check payables weekly.
  • Set up POs and COs

  • Lead pre-construction meetings; inspect jobsites periodically; ensure timely and accurate change order management with clientand,ensure customer satisfaction through jobcompletion; assist AR team with facilitating collections as needed.

  • Provide weekly/ monthly forecasting of projects.
• Create increased profitability through optimized work execution and creative cost-saving measures along with scope expansion opportunities once on site.

• Ultimately, our Client Program Managers are the owners of the P+L annual objectives of assigned clients with responsibility to accelerate our evolution toward earning their preferred supplier role by optimizing opportunity development and meeting and exceeding client expectations on project execution.
