We are looking for an organized, highly communicative coordinator to manage our customer pipeline, schedule field operations, and ensure our clients are informed and satisfied every step of the way.
Position Overview
As our Operations & Customer Coordinator, you will be the voice of Hardware Solutions. You will own the client journeyguiding homeowners and project managers from their initial request through site measurements, fabrication updates, installation scheduling, and final invoicing. The ideal candidate loves logistics, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Intake: Receive and review new service requests (such as shower doors and windows) along with client photos, providing rapid and professional acknowledgment.
- Field Scheduling: Coordinate and book technician site visits for exact jobsite measurements and final installations.
- Pipeline Monitoring: Tracks materials through the fabrication pipeline and monitor internal quality control inspections.
- Proactive Communication: Send structured updates regarding tentative project timelines, final appointment confirmations, and unexpected delays.
- Payment Collection: Securely process final remaining balances upon project completion via text and WhatsApp billing links.
What You Need
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, construction dispatch, or administrative operations.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional updates via phone, text, and email.
- Organization: Highly organized with an eye for detail, particularly regarding quality control milestones and scheduling windows.
