Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary local point of contact for on-site partnership operations in Tulsa
  • Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone delivery site using a personal vehicle
  • Provide weekly reports on operational activities, including expansions, process changes, and other relevant updates
  • Receive supplies on-site and coordinate appropriate storage or handoff
  • Print and distribute marketing and promotional materials for local use
  • Occasionally accompany runners to merchant locations to observe workflows and identify potential process improvements
  • Place test orders through the delivery application and document glitches, changes, or unusual ordering activity
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced test environment
  • Identify operational issues and provide clear feedback to help improve processes and technology
  • Follow all applicable safety protocols and site procedures
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to keep operations on schedule
  • Adapt to changing procedures and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to maintain reliable and consistent operations
  • Communicate observations and operational feedback to appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with merchants, teammates, and community members

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Valid Driver's License
