Operations CoordinatorPosition Summary

The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by coordinating activities between customer service, warehouse, retail, and call center teams. This position serves as a key point of contact for patients, hospice partners, drivers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and efficient delivery of medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and provide support related to:
  • Equipment troubleshooting
  • Oxygen equipment evaluations
  • Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service appointments
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with hospice partners.
• Assist walk-in patients with equipment returns, exchanges, and deliveries.
• Manage routing and dispatch activities by coordinating with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with customer service, retail, warehouse, and call center teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication through Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support daily business functions.

Work Environment

• Work may be performed in a dispatch office located within the warehouse or in a traditional office cubicle setting, depending on space availability.
• Fast-paced environment requiring strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations coordination.
• Previous team lead or shift lead experience.
• Experience communicating and coordinating with drivers, field staff, or warehouse teams.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
