Job Summary
CTK USA, Inc. islooking for reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You'll play a key role in getting orders picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, physically active role in a modern distribution center great for people who like to stay moving and take pride in getting things done right.
What You'll Do
- Pick items from shelves and bins accurately using a handheld scanner or picklist
- Pack orders into boxes or totes, ensuring proper protection and labeling
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Sort, label, and stage outbound shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus)
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your shift
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues to a supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Basic reading, math, and computer/scanner skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT during peak periods)
- Prior warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not required we'll train you
