Content Recovery Specialists (CRS) of Cary provides exceptional packout and content cleaning services for customers facing loss due to fire damage, water damage or other reasons. We are looking for an equally exceptional Project Manager for our organization.
As a Project Manager at CRS Cary, you will hold a pivotal role in the organization. You'll be responsible for estimation and execution of jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Response: Be the first point of contact for initial consultations and assessments of jobs.
- Estimation: Based on first response, you will determine the scope and write estimates in Xactimate for packout and related content services.
- Approvals : You will submit estimates and work with insurance adjusters and restoration companies to get the estimates approved.
- Project Execution : You will schedule and ensure projects are executed with correct scope and costing. You will also work with restoration companies, our crew leads and other office staff to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Partner Relationship: Establish and maintain relationship with restoration companies. Ensure timely communication with them.
- Customer Relationship: You will communicate with the end customers promptly and ensure their concerns are addressed on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience estimating on Xactimate with a focus on contents
- Exceptional people skill with focus on dealing with customers going through a challenging time.
- Good time management skill
- Reliable transportation to office and customer locations in a 2 hours radius of Raleigh.
- Clearance to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship.
- Clean background check and ability to pass a drug test, as required by our partner carriers.
Exceptional Qualifications:
- Over 5 years’ experience estimating on Xactimate with a focus on contents
- Experience working with TPAs is a plus
- Exceptional relationships and reputation in the local restoration industry.
- Experience with packout, cleaning, pack-in and general content restoration.
- IICRC certification.
