Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial Engineering

Normal hours are 6am to 2:30 but could sometimes cover 2nd shift (possibly 50% of the time) and work until 7pm (obviously start time would shift to later)
Metatarsal boots are required on their first day

Engineering support for SAP EWM warehouse in Mattoon, IL. Will define processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Will serve as the resident SAP EWM transactional expert assisting with the training of wage employees and sharing of best practices to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost.

MUST HAVES:
• SAP expertise
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
• Data analytics skills – visualization skills
• Communication is key, must be a team-player and organized. Will work with front line pack/ship people, engineers, pickers and everything in between. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
