The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations. This position involves managing inventory, merchandising products effectively, handling transactions, and engaging customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Managing and organizing inventory to ensure product availability
• Merchandising products to maximize visual appeal and sales
• Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote products
• Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques
