What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate inventory processing and receiving of materials
- Supply production with the right materials at the right time
- Load/unload materials using pallets, trays, or shelves
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse space
- Process inventory transactions and issue materials to manufacturing orders
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Support the finishing and shipping departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Uphold safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Forklift certification and experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math, English, and computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet production schedules and business demands.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
- Capable of lifting up to 70-100 lbs (with crane assistance)
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noisy environments
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to bend, twist, and squat
