Position Summary

DragonXpress is seeking a reliable Second Shift Spotter / Material Handler to support warehouse operations at the ND Packaging facility. This role involves moving trailers within the yard as needed while assisting with warehouse material handling to ensure efficient daily operations.

Pay

• $29/hour
• Full-time W-2 position

Schedule

• Second Shift
• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities & Expected Results

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.

• Spot and move trailers safely throughout the yard.
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and products.
• Perform pre-trip inspections before moving trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to support production.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL (Required)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Safe driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
