Screenplay Shirts is hiring a dependable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Vineyard, Utah.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, working with both people and products, and taking ownership of their area. We are looking for someone who wants stable, long-term employment and is interested in becoming an important part of our team.
Previous shipping/receiving experience is strongly preferred. Forklift experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator helps keep products moving accurately and efficiently into and out of our production facility. Responsibilities include:
- Receive, count, and verify incoming apparel and other products
- Accurately check received products into our computer system
- Identify shortages, overages, or incorrect items
- Organize incoming orders for production
- Load and unload deliveries
- Safely operate a forklift when needed
- Prepare, package, and ship completed customer orders
- Create shipping labels and process outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area
- Manage our Will Call area and assist customers picking up orders
- Communicate professionally with customers, delivery drivers, and coworkers
- Work closely with production and office teams to help keep orders moving on time
- Help research and resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, fulfillment, or related experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to stay productive and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, move, and lift throughout the workday
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- A desire for long-term employment and growth with the company
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
