FDC Machine Repair is hiring a press repair mechanic. We service metal forming equipment: Repair/Rebuild
Overview:
-Knowledge of troubleshooting, problem solving and repair of metal forming equipment, presses, heavy machinery
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Knowledge in machine tool components/system such as hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, bearings, ball screws, gearboxes
-Must be able to read blueprints
-Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and indicators
-CDL is helpful but not required (class B or better). If interested in obtaining a CDL, we can assist
-Tool box and/or tools are helpful
We will train in all aspects of machine repair. Individual MUST want to learn. We service most industries from automotive to power industries.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $35/Hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-3:30pm
