Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support inventory control and planning activities
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy
- Support material planning processes by utilizing MRP data and inventory management tools
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or related experience
- Strong understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to learn and utilize multiple Excel functions
Salary: $19/hr. - $22/hr.
