AclientofInsightGlobalislookingforaCallCenterAssociatetositonsiteinDurham,NC.TheCallCenterAssociateisresponsibleforprofessionallyhandlingbothinboundandoutboundcustomercalls,ensuringeachinteractionreflectsahighstandardofservice.Thisroleinvolvesresolvingcustomerinquiriesefficientlyandescalatingtechnicalissuestotheappropriateteamswhennecessary.Accuratedocumentationofallcustomerinteractionsisessentialtomaintainservicequalityandcontinuity.Additionally,thespecialistwillcollaboratecloselywithITandtelecommunicationsteamstoensureseamlesssupportandoperationalstability.
