Financial Analysis Manager

Location: Hybrid; It is expected that the resource will be on site at least 2 days a week, Albany, NY

Travel: None

Seeking a Financial Analyst with experience supporting complex healthcare financial programs, particularly those involving invoicing, payment reconciliation, financial forecasting, contractual payment arrangements, and financial reporting. Experience with reimbursement, discount, or other incentive-based financial programs is preferred.

Job Duties:

• Management of accounts receivable and flow of cash into Program. Validation that internal controls are being audited.
• Adhere to and assist with policies and procedures for all functions:
• • Invoice process
  • Payment processing
  • Reconciliations
  • Post-invoice activities.
• Identify and develop controls required across the entire process.
• Manage the end-to-end financial administration of invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 15+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years of management experience OR 5+ years of program/project management experience.
