- Ensure all merchandise is clean and in excellent operating condition prior to delivery
- Load, secure and protect products in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise
- Ensure delivery schedule is followed in a safe and timely manner
- Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise with customers with a positive attitude
- Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returns
- Clean and certify returned merchandise is in working order
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Assist in maintaining the showroom floor and store’s warehouse by moving merchandise
- Occasional collections assistance when needed
- Assist in field marketing programs
General Job Requirements include:
- Maintain professional appearance and attire
- Good communication skills & positive attitude
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Able to lift 75 pounds, carry, load, unload and install home furnishings, appliances and electronics
- Prolonged driving and standing during the work day
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- Basic furniture, appliance, home electronics installation/removal
