Operations and Project Support Coordinator

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As our part-time Operations and Project Support Coordinator, you will support project execution and daily operations. Your key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing completed service work and preparing billing documentation
• Monitoring project updates and coordinating activities to ensure progress
• Purchasing materials and communicating with vendors
• Overseeing warranty tracking and documentation
• Assisting with estimating by organizing essential information
• Providing administrative support to improve organizational efficiency

Your role will help ensure smooth communication between the field and office, contributing to the successful delivery of commercial maintenance and repair services.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of field experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Commercial trade work
• Experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Crew Lead, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of commercial service operations
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to read work orders and understand repairs performed
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

This position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
