Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk

Location: Stacy, MN
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Inventory Clerk to join our warehouse team. This position will primarily focus on receiving incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and kitting materials for production jobs. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role will also serve as a backup to the team member responsible for shipping and quality inspection activities when needed.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Verify quantities and compare received materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare and kit materials for upcoming production jobs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory transactions
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Support shipping operations as needed, including preparing outbound shipments
• Provide backup support for shipping and quality inspection functions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control and material handling
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
