What’s a typical day as Shipping/Receiving Worker? You’ll be:
  • Verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory.
  • Recording, stocking, and organizing incoming equipment and materials.
  • Pulling and preparing items for shipment and arranging transportation of finished products.
  • Scheduling pickups, loading and unloading trucks.
  • Creating and verifying bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels using ERP software.
  • Transferring inventory and maintaining accurate, proactive control via ERP systems.
  • Reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have experience with shipping and receiving or inventory management (preferred).
  • Have hands-on experience using ERP software to manage logistics and inventory and can clearly articulate your ERP abilities in detail.
  • Are detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Can follow safety protocols, including wearing steel toes or composite shoes (required) and safety glasses (provided).
  • Are reliable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Resume submission is required for consideration.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate and discuss their ERP experience during an in-person interview with the client.
