What You'll Do
As a Financial Services Officer, you'll play an important role in helping members succeed by providing exceptional service and financial solutions.
Member Service
- Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account services
- Open and maintain member accounts
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service every day
Lending & Financial Solutions
- Assist with consumer loans, including personal and auto loans
- Guide members through the loan application process
- Help members understand products and services that fit their needs
Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with members and the Rugby community
- Recommend solutions that support members' financial goals
- Create positive experiences that keep members coming back
Branch Operations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Help maintain a secure and professional branch environment

- Transactions and account services are completed accurately
- Lending support is efficient and member-focused

What You Bring
- Customer service, retail, banking, or credit union experience preferred
