Skilled Laborer

Advanced Waterproofing LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in professional waterproofing and foundation services and are seeking motivated individuals with construction experience who take pride in quality work.

The Skilled Laborer plays a vital role in supporting construction and foundation repair projects at residential and commercial worksites. This position involves preparing job sites, assisting with waterproofing and repairs, and operating various tools and equipment while often working outdoors in diverse weather conditions. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically strong, and able to collaborate effectively with small teams to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks and prepare job sites and materials
• Assist with waterproofing foundations, basements, and crawlspaces
• MUST be comfortable working in crawlspaces and confined spaces
• Support foundation and crawlspace repair efforts
• Follow safety procedures and company standards consistently
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely; occasionally operate heavy equipment
• Work effectively as part of small teams (1-5 members)
• Lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs) repeatedly
• Follow directions to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction or labor experience preferred
• Knowledge of material handling and safety procedures
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in rain, heat, cold, and muddy conditions
• Strong work ethic with good teamwork and communication skills
• Problem solving and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Advanced Waterproofing LLC is a residential and commercial construction company that specialize in basement, foundation, and crawlspace waterproofing and repair as well as all general construction. We service all of Cowlitz county and the surrounding SW Washington locations.
