Responsibilities:
- Assist with showroom displays, seasonal changeovers, and visual setups
- Prep and install holiday dcor and floral designs
- Maintain organized workspaces and well-presented displays
- Support retail operations with a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in floral, display, or event design
- Physically able to lift, use ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using basic tools and working with a team
- Able to follow instructions and work within “The Modern Display Way”
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts during peak season
