We are seeking a General Manager to lead warehouse operations, oversee facility performance, and support organizational objectives through effective leadership, operational excellence, customer service, safety compliance, and employee development.
Job Summary
· Responsible for overseeing facility operations and managing performance against established operational, financial, safety, customer service, and compliance objectives.
· Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
· Review and improve organizational effectiveness through process improvements, employee development, operational metrics, and performance management practices.
· Identify and support business development opportunities consistent with company objectives and approved strategic initiatives.
General Accountabilities
· Directly supervises employees, manages staffing levels, assigns work, evaluates performance, and participates in hiring, disciplinary, and termination decisions.
Required skills and qualifications
· Demonstrated experience managing teams, operations, budgets, and performance outcomes.
· Ability to lead teams, communicate expectations, manage performance, and provide employee coaching and development.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Position may require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends, based on operational needs.
Minimal travel may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including occasional movement of materials weighing up to 50 pounds independently and heavier materials with assistance or appropriate equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including periodic movement throughout warehouse and office environments, with or without reasonable accommodation.
· Ability to read computer screens, documents, labels, and inventory information and safely navigate warehouse and office environments.
· Ability to safely perform the visual demands of the position, including reading labels, inventory records, and computer screens; identifying hazards; operating equipment safely; and maintaining awareness of the surrounding work environment.

· Manage employee performance through coaching, counseling, corrective action, and recognition programs.
· Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee development, and succession planning.
· Promote compliance with Company policies, safety rules, and applicable laws.
· Maintain a respectful workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
· Ensure compliance with wage and hour, safety, employment, and transportation regulations.
