Client Specific Direct Support Professional (CL)

Support an Active 5-Year-Old in Their Home & Community!

We’re looking for a caring, energetic individual to provide support to an active five-year-old in their home and community. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and helping them safely participate in everyday activities and community experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Encouraging community engagement and participation in age-appropriate activities
• Providing 1:1 supervision at home and in the community to help ensure the child’s safety
• Creating a supportive, engaging, and positive environment

Schedule: Weekends, approximately 15 hours per week
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Mileage: Reimbursement available for approved work-related travel

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in human services, caregiving, or direct support preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• at least 100,000/300,000 Liability Auto Insurance
• Clean driving record
