Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fargo, ND. As a Customer Service Representative at Custom Graphics Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong attention to detail.

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
• Manage customer orders and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support the outside sales staff by converting their projects into estimate requests
• Support Outside sales staff by keeping tabs on scheduling for current jobs and interacting with customer
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer expectations are met
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and be organized. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
