What You’ll Do:- Assist Sales Manager in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Provide technical and pricing support to Designers during consultations
- Work with Engineering to ensure designs meet customer's needs
- Designer recruiting, training and coaching
Requirements:- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with in-home service/sales (preferred)
- Motivated by goals and achievement
- Desire to serve others
