Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This position will oversee accounting team members, manage key day-to-day accounting functions, and report directly to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support accounting team members
• Oversee general accounting operations, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Review financial records for accuracy and completeness
• Help maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
• Prepare reports and financial information for the CFO
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required
• 3–4 years of accounting experience required
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
