Data Privacy Administrator

Title: Data Privacy Administrator

• Type: Long Term Contract (Potential Conversion)
• Pay Rate: $35-36/hour
• Location: Hybrid in Malvern, PA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Shift

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze reports received through the fraud hotline to investigate and resolve incidents, elevating complex issues as needed
• Follow approved investigation procedures and obtain approval for corrective action
• Prepare incident correspondence and respond to routine privacy inquiries
• Comply with direction from the Global & Legal Privacy teams
• Assess potential control failures and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure potential risk scenarios caused by control failure are corrected
• Assist with maintenance of written procedures documenting privacy processes
• Coordinate the distribution of updated policies and procedures
• Keep abreast of regulatory procedures and changes
• Provide appropriate privacy incident prevention services
• Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience of related experience, data privacy preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Problem solver who has excellent research and investigative skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with a risk-mitigation mindset
• Exceptional oral communication, writing and editing skills
• Knowledge of Personal Wealth processes/systems
• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Undergraduate degree highly preferred
