Location: Middletown, PA
Pay:$20.00 - $21.25 per hour
Shifts:
1st | Monday – Friday | 6:30am – 3:00PM
2nd | Monday – Friday | 3:00PM – 11:30PM
3rd | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM

Are you mechanically inclined and comfortable working with automated equipment? We’re looking for a dependable Automated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Middletown, PA.In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform quality checks, make basic machine adjustments, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Machine operating experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
  • Set up and adjust machines based on production requirements
  • Load materials and components into equipment
  • Monitor machine performance and finished product quality
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks
  • Make basic machine adjustments when needed
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Work independently while also supporting your team

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous machine operation or automated equipment experience preferred
  • Manufacturing, CNC, production, or mechanical experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
