Containers on chassis, rolling out of terminals in the Philadelphia, PA area and heading to Ohio, Western New York, West Virginia and Central/Western Pennsylvania. That is the daily work on this dedicated regional account with C.R. England.
The freight is no-touch, drop and hook, so your time goes into driving rather than unloading. Drivers who manage their hours well can expect roughly 2100 miles per week.
You get home weekly for a 34-hour reset, usually on the weekend and sometimes during the week.
