Key Responsibilities
- Build features alongside engineers, including retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, prompt systems, APIs, and product surfaces.
- Help build and run evaluations for AI features, contributing to evaluation sets, running tests, and making evidence-based decisions on feature readiness.
- Work with data, including sourcing, cleaning, and structuring datasets for AI pipelines.
- Fix bugs, write tests, and participate in code review, both giving and receiving feedback.
- Use AI coding assistants daily as a core part of the building process.
- Demo work to the team and document builds for future development.
